Cards worth less than $1:

800 bulk cards: Credit - $10, Cash - $5 cash

800 energy: Credit - $10, Cash - $5 (organize by type to receive sorting bonus)

+25% for bulk cards sorted by set and then rarity if there are more than 100 cards

Card values are determined using TCGPlayer.com's market price.
